If you buy a residence, the title deed will be given to you when all the permits for the residence have been secured and the procedure has been completed. Before making a final decision you should find out about the procedure from an estate agent and get assurance that the permits for the residence exist. The issue of the title deed for a new residence is often delayed because of construction irregularities which are usually of a minor nature.

In the case of rented accommodation it is usual for two rentals to be paid in advance as security for the owner. If no damage is caused to the property, the money is repaid at the end of the tenancy.
